The company covers an area of more than 225,000 square meters with the building area of 160,000 square meters. There are 2 locations and 9 functional departments with over 600 sets of production equipment, including 45MN hydraulic press, 80MN friction forging press, numerical control manipulators , intelligent numerical control ring rolling machine, internationally advanced program- and temperature-controlled furnace with natural gas, intelligent heat treatment furnaces, various types of hammers. The annual production capacity is 90,000 tons with the heaviest single forging up to 30 tons.
The products have been sold more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide and exported to the Netherlands, Canada, the United States, India, Japan, Spain, Germany and other international markets. Based on continuous technology research and development and equipment upgrading, their quality is honored by its stablity and reliablity. The company has established Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu Engineering Center of Wind Power on Precision Gear Blank of 3MW and Above, Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center of Forming and Control of Large Forgings. Jinyuan obtained the certification of CNAS successfully as a national laboratory in January 2017. Which acts as an independent third-party on tests including. Metallographic, Mechanical Properties, Nondestructive test (NDT) ,Chemical Analysis. The company has developed 21 High-Tech Products, Well-known products in Jiangsu through independent research and development center and research institutes such as Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Jiangsu University. At present, It has owned 49 authorized patents, 5 proprietary technologies as well as a number of provincial and municipal awards in science and technology.
The company has approved by Stystems of Quality, Environment and Occupational Management in Health and Safety, Energy Management, National Integration System of Informatization and Industrilization. In wind application,Jinyuan has certified both by CCS and GL. It also obtained certifications on shipping societies including CCS, KR, DNV, BV, GL,ABS, NK, RINA, and LR and approved by world-class customers such as General Electric, Bosch Rexroth, Alstom, Gamesa, Vestas etcetera. Moreover, it obtained the certification of IRIS International Rail Transit Standard System in September 2016.
