The 2012 China International Metal Forming Exhibition was successfully held in Beijing from September 10th to 13th, and our company sent representatives to participate in this exhibition.
The theme of this year's exhibition is "Intelligence and Green". "Intelligence" means higher production efficiency, more stable repetitive accuracy, more flexible production methods, lower labor intensity, faster market response speed, and more comprehensive enterprise information systems. "Green" means: saving energy, reducing carbon emissions, saving materials, reducing dust and waste, reducing noise, promoting labor protection and health of workers, etc.
From the exhibits at the exhibition, the development trend of the forging industry is mainly as follows: die forging will develop towards large, integral, precision, and high quality, cold and warm forging using hard alloy molds instead of phosphating/saponification treatment processes, and an increase in forgings made of non modulated steel materials. Adapting machining of die forgings is also a popular trend in the industry; The development and purity extraction of steel grades for free forging will be a huge trend, and full process control and online testing have received attention in the industry.
