1. Record, supervise, and improve the implementation of powder metallurgy processes accordingly; 2. Investigate and analyze major quality issues, cooperate with superiors to develop corrective and preventive measures, and promptly archive and manage them; 3. Cooperate with superiors to complete the development of new formulas, and carry out corresponding experiments and testing as required; 4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Major in powder metallurgy or materials science, with at least 1 year of work experience in materials related fields; 2. Solid theoretical knowledge in materials science and powder metallurgy, and able to independently complete experiments as required; 3. Enterprising, eager to learn, with a certain spirit of research.
